These include both commercial/technical skills as well as inter-personal development such as Intercultural Category Management, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Coaching for Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, Focusing in the age of Distraction, Group Decision Making, Conversations for real Connection.


If we are not able to offer you what you require in terms of training, we will tell you and aim to help you find a third party who will be able to meet your needs.

Through 1:1 coaching we help individuals to discover their management/leadership style and take time to consider how well this fits with their individual and the organisation’s aspirations, needs and goals. We work with individuals to support personal change helping gain new insight to improve performance, release often hidden potential and bring more meaning to their work both for them and those with whom they work.
